Blondine uses a strength-based and eclectic approach to therapy to help individuals identify the ways their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impact their day-to-day functioning. She is trained in trauma-informed care and solution-focused/motivational interviewing, and cognitive-based behavior therapies (ie. cognitive behavior therapy, cognitive processing therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy to name a few).
There is no one size fits all in therapy. You can expect Blondine to work in partnership with you to resolve your current distress. Blondine believes that the therapeutic environment is the lab you practice effective coping skills so you can live your best optimal life to the extend possible. She believes in supporting and challenging you through homework, psychoeducation, and discussions. Blondine looks forward to partnering with you on your journey to wholeness.

Infertility counseling - Understanding infertility interventions and solutions; support during decision-making processes; coping with fertility problems and pregnancy loss
Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
Mood disorders - Clinical depression, persistent depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders that cause disturbances in the client's mood, causing mood swings, restless sleep, and/or elevated mood
Panic attacks / panic disorder - Brief, intense periods of overwhelming fear or anxiety
Clinical supervision - Offering professional supervision services for clinicians
