Message to clients

I believe that the foundation of successful therapy is understanding your unique needs, which is why we start with a detailed intake session. In this session, we’ll talk about your history, the challenges you’re currently experiencing, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. My approach is all about collaboration—I’m here to work with you, not dictate a path. We’ll find the most effective strategies together, and I’ll regularly check in to make sure our approach is meeting your needs. My aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore and address the issues that are most meaningful to you.
