Message to clients

Greetings and I am happy you are reading this. My goal is to help you find balance and peace in your life with a greater understanding of who you are and what you want to achieve in life. Whether it is to understand your childhood and how it impacts your relationships today, or how to navigate through the aftermath of being in a hurtful and damaging relationship, I will help you find your way to the best you can be. I can also help you protect yourself currently or going forward by learning about how to deal with those who exhibit narcissistic traits.

I am focused in helping you integrate mind, body, and spirit to become the person you are meant to be. I also help you learn to love yourself and others. The mind, body, and spirit connection has been a major focus most of my life. I have a Master's degree in Metaphysics and I am also a trained therapeutic massage therapist and energy specialist. My degrees in systemic therapy help me integrate a better understanding of how to balance life fully.

I am also a certified Advanced Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Professionals provider which gives me a more holistic approach to further enhance balance of the body, mind, and spirit. It is all connected. I am focused on improving connections.

Earth school has some pretty tough lessons. I can help you learn and recover.
