Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSWBrooke is a Los Angeles-based psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Brooke specializes in working with older adolescents and young adults (ages 16-30) experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, uncertainty about values or next steps in life, and critical self-talk.
Brooke completed her undergraduate degree at McGill University in Montréal, Canada and went on to complete a Master of Social Work with a clinical concentration at the Columbia University School of Social Work. While in this program, she was accepted into the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Training Program and Lab, the only program of its kind in a School of Social Work. She completed her clinical internship at the NYU Child Study Center.
Brooke is trained in several evidence-based behavioral therapies and modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Adjustment difficulties & disorders - Support around adapting to new and/or challenging life circumstances; skill-building for improved stress management and reduction of anxiety.
College & graduate student mental health - Specialized strategies for common issues of young adulthood, including school and career stressors, support around healthy relationships, existential concerns, drug or alcohol issues, eating disorders, and anxiety and/or depression.
Perfectionism - Coping with feelings of anxiety, stress, self-criticism, and procrastination; addressing unrealistic expectations of one’s self and negatively comparing self to others
Relationship issues - Understanding one’s wants and needs in relationships; exploring patterns of interaction, addressing concerns, and strengthening satisfaction in relationships and dating
Values clarification - Exploring one’s values, including their origins and how they impact daily decision-making and behaviors; making life changes according to these values and living a life aligned to one’s values
