Bry (pronounced Bree) provides individual therapy for college students and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD and executive functioning challenges, relationship concerns, self-esteem struggles, and life transitions. Many of her clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from their own needs after spending years prioritizing the expectations of others. She helps clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and build lives that feel more aligned with their values and goals.
Bry's approach is relational, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens through meaningful connection. She works alongside clients to explore the patterns, experiences, and relationship dynamics that shape how they see themselves and interact with the world around them. By developing greater insight into these patterns, clients can begin making choices that support lasting growth and change rather than repeating cycles that no longer serve them.
Her work is informed by psychodynamic therapy and grounded in person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care. Bry integrates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and strengths-based approaches to help clients develop practical skills for managing emotions, improving communication, increasing self-compassion, and navigating executive functioning challenges. She is committed to creating an affirming and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals.
Bry earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology and her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Westfield State University. She offers individual therapy both in person and through telehealth, allowing clients flexibility in how they access support.
