Message to clients

My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space for support and feedback. You are the expert in your life and we can work through anything as a team. Life stressors come in all shapes and sizes and navigating them alone can be difficult and exhausting. Having the ability to express yourself freely and without judgment is an essential part of therapy and working toward your goals.

Therapy is your time to process and it is crucial to me that we are focused on what is important to you. Some days are harder than others to express our struggles, and that’s okay! As a therapist, I believe I am here to support, hold space, learn, guide, and provide feedback when needed. The therapist-client connection is essential to your therapy, and I always value feedback from my clients.

I identify as a non-binary biromantic asexual individual. I am a sex-positive, kink-friendly, and poly-friendly, therapist!
