Message to clients

Whether you have been through therapy before and are ready for a new approach or you are new to therapy and want to dive in, I am here to help you find and explore the root to the problem. Instead of just treating the symptoms, lets find the cause and help you create positive coping and calming strategies as well as reprocess the thoughts that remain stuck in your mind, keeping you in a place of unhappiness. No one person will fit to one individual therapeutic approach. I use integration and creativity to fit to your needs and create a treatment that is right for you and your personal journey.
