During treatment, Chandra will help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better. Chandra creates an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

Chandra received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University. Chandra has previously held positions in the mental health and social work fields ranging from a case manager to Program Director of a methadone clinic in Louisville, Kentucky. This enables her to collaborate with clients who are facing various mental health and substance use issues. Outside of private practice, Chandra likes to be active with her sorority, working out, and reading.

During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Several clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
