Message to clients

I employ a direct approach toward identifying and implementing the necessary steps to address the immediate goals of my clients, as well as promote insight and skill development for the long-term, self-awareness, and overall growth as an individual. I create a nonjudgmental, empathetic, and accepting environment catered to the individual needs and mutual collaboration of goals. This is consistent with my personality, such that I believe in individuality and diversity, as well as the need to understand the perspective of others. An open discourse is imperative. Techniques employed include role-playing, insight building, supportive therapy, identifying cognitive impediments and restructuring such thoughts, as well as practical assignments.
