Professional statement

Hello and welcome! My goal is to create a safe, comfortable and judgment free space for you to explore and examine aspects of your life that are causing you distress. As your therapist, I will collaborate with you to; identify your goals and strengths, empower you to make lasting change, help you rediscover hope, peace, and balance, and experience emotional and/or spiritual healing. Every person brings their own unique experiences and perspectives of the world into therapy, and because of that, I offer a therapeutic approach to therapy calling on T-I interventions, somatic techniques, EMDR, yoga and energy psychology.

I have experience working with young adults and adults who have been directly impacted by; trauma, neglect, sexual abuse/assault, human trafficking, shame, life transitions, relationship issues, crises of faith, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image issues, emotional regulation issues, and compassion fatigue/burnout.
