Professional statement

Life and Relationships can be overwhelming but it is possible to overcome this, make adjustments, and live a more fulfilling and rewarding life. Counseling is provided to individuals, families & students through Online and In-Person. I help clients to develop healthy coping skills, thriving interpersonal relationships & emotional resiliency through mental health, skill acquisition and education.

I have an eclectic approach that utilizes multiple Therapy Techniques based on the client's need: ie. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gestalt Therapy and Art Therapy.

I am a Licensed Counselor by New Jersey Board of Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a National Certified Counselor by the NBCC, and a Certified School Counselor by the NJDOE. I have over 11 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults.
