Over 12 years of experience in mental health, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy; bilingual in Spanish. I tailor my therapeutic style to your needs; ensuring you are in the best receptive mind frame, to inspire change, adopt and reinforce positive behaviors. My treatment approach includes various evidence-based practices such as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Marital and Family Therapy, and Client-Centered Approach.

My counseling experiences include in-home counseling services; non-profit mental health organizations; case management for a mental health and substance abuse hospital; Telehealth therapy provider; member of an outreach panel under the guidance and supervision of the Department of Children and Families. Within these settings, I broadly worked with couples of different sexual orientations and religious backgrounds. I also facilitated group sessions focused on substance abuse, anger management, domestic violence, and parenting skills.

These diverse experiences have helped me understand the complexities of human dynamics. I know it is not always easy to take the first step towards improving life challenges.
