Message to clients

One day I woke up, ready to explode as I put my feet on the floor. I realized that I just couldn't take it anymore. I was tired of being tired. I was tired of just going through the motions each day. I was tired of being a shell of myself. I felt alone, overwhelmed, and misunderstood. I realized that I needed to get some help with getting through this. I was letting everything that I have been holding in take me and my life over.

Do you identify with this?

Whether you have been holding in traumatic experiences, unhappy with the current state of your daily life, difficulties with spirituality, stress from career, difficulties in educational program, or troubles with life transitions; I invite you to give me a call to determine how I can support your journey and help you "heal your thoughts," and "navigate to success." I specialize in trauma (PTSD) recovery, depression, anxiety, and also provide supervision as a therapist. I help with balancing life with career and educational obligations, lifestyle design, mental health consultation, and placing you on a forward moving trajectory as a certified professional coach.

I service clients 16+, with some exceptions for younger clients. I accept out-of-pocket pay and some insurance (Aetna, Emory Network, Cigna, and Loveland Vouchers). I provide in person and virtual sessions to Georgia residents. Kentucky, and Virginia residents are serviced virtually only. You deserve to live your best life, in control, forward moving, and free of burdening thoughts.
