With 30 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, parents, and families, I help clients navigate life’s deepest struggles, overwhelming emotions, terminal illness, and grief. My therapeutic approach is warm and gentle, yet insightful and to the point. I strive to create an inviting atmosphere where you can safely delve deep to achieve peace of mind and profound change.

Because every individual is unique, I integrate evidence-based modalities tailored to your needs, including CBT, EMDR, and DBT. I specialize in treating emotion dysregulation, BPD, depression, and anxiety, grief and loss, and life transitions, using DBT skills and mindfulness to help you decrease suffering and improve your quality of life.
