I have a Holistic perspective in my approach to psychotherapy, rooted in an interest in spirituality, social justice, and meditation. I have focused on working with clients with Anxiety, Depression, Life transitions, Relationship Issues Trauma and Grief and Loss. I am influenced by the work and perspectives of Carl Jung, sometimes engaging clients in dream work. I also use Yoga Nidra and imagery techniques to help clients resolve and heal from trauma. In addition to my Psychotherapy practice, I have provided Clinical Supervision to MA-level therapists working in community counseling. Before entering the field I worked in non-profit management and outreach. My personal interests include, music, politics, yoga, kickboxing and meditation.
