Danielle's main passion is treating trauma of varying forms. She has worked with clients who have experienced racism, discrimination, and prejudice, childhood sexual/physical/emotional abuse and neglect, domestic violence, physical and emotional abuse, being bullied, work violence, natural disaster, and grief and loss. She has treated clients of varying ethnicities and identities dealing with symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, autism, and adjustment disorders. Her approach is a collaborative one and she continuously strives to be culturally aware and believes her clients know themselves the best.
Danielle creates a safe space for people from all walks of life. She treats clients from all ethnicities and religions, first responders, LGBTQIA+ and kink communities. She welcomes you as you are. She is current taking clients ages 15 and over with a limited number of teenagers. Please note that teenagers will only be seen in person, not virtually. Virtual sessions for those who are interested are only available during the morning/early afternoon hours and hybrid is also an option.

Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) - Recovering from the impact of long-term, repeated traumatic events, such as emotional abuse and neglect
Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Adjustment difficulties & disorders - Support around adapting to new and/or challenging life circumstances; skill-building for improved stress management and reduction of anxiety.
ADHD - Skill-building and support around organizational challenges, distracted attention, procrastination; building and maintaining healthy routines and structure
I am accepting clients for in-person and virtual sessions. I accept Aetna, United Health, Oxford, and Oscar. (Please note that not all United health plans are covered).
