She can provide telehealth to people who live in California. She works with individuals and couples on anxiety, emotional regulation and relationship issues. Many people, without even knowing it, need guidance to help them learn how to access the body’s wisdom in order to heal emotional wounds. Delilah also has specialized training in working with couples somatically.
Delilah believes in the value of healing in both the mind and the body, which is why she practice’s somatic therapy. Somatic therapy works with the mind-body connection, aligning the whole self towards healing and growth. Delilah offers clients a therapy modality called Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which has clinical evidence towards its efficacy in helping clients heal from trauma and become more resilient.
Delilah’s style is warm and personable. When a client first comes in, she will get to know the client’s unique history and goals for therapy. Delilah is dedicated to providing a relationship that is grounded and focused.
