Many couples come to therapy not because they’ve stopped caring about one another, but because they’ve started feeling emotionally disconnected, stuck in recurring patterns, or unsure how to truly hear one another anymore. Over time, conversations can become frustrating, conflict can feel repetitive, and both partners can find themselves feeling misunderstood despite wanting the same thing... to feel connected.
I work with couples who want to better understand their relationship dynamics, improve communication, and create a relationship that feels more emotionally safe, connected, and honest. Together, we explore the underlying cycles contributing to conflict, distance, and misunderstandings while building healthier ways of relating to one another.
Many of the couples I work with are not struggling because they lack love or commitment. More often, they find themselves caught in patterns where both partners are trying to feel understood, yet neither feels fully heard. Therapy provides an opportunity to slow these moments down, gain insight into what is happening beneath the surface, and develop new ways of navigating challenges together.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and relationally focused. I strive to create a space where both partners feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the process as we work toward a relationship that feels more intentional, connected, and secure.
When couples are able to better understand the patterns beneath their conflict, conversations often begin to feel less like battles to win and more like opportunities to connect. My goal is to help partners move toward a relationship where both people feel seen, understood, and valued.
