Elaine's approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate. Her goal is to help clients reach their goals by enhancing coping strategies, gaining insight, and building confidence.

In therapy, Elaine uses an integrative approach, being thoughtful about her clients' unique needs to consider which approach would best suit them. Primarily, her goal is to create a relationship that is safe, non-judgmental, and productive.

Elaine received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford, and prior to that a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
