Message to clients

I have a tendency to keep it real and be my authentic self in a professional manner and utilize humor and strength based approaches in the therapy session. I focus with clients on emotional regulation skills in the moment and how to process through concerns and struggles in the moment by learning to notice thoughts, emotions, and where and how these can be experienced in the body.
