See Erin's Details for:
Erin has 15 years of clinical experience and specializes in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and OCD. She uses a cognitive behavioral framework as a foundation from which personal strength and growth can flourish. Erin strives to cultivate a safe, supportive, and collaborative working environment with each client and believes in leveraging their own internal resources to thrive.
When we're nervous or sad, our brains tend to loop into negative interpretations of our experiences, leaving us feeling stuck. While working with Erin, clients begin to internalize their own strengths and achievements, reframing and challenging these automatic thoughts
Erin's education and experience have made her proficient in several evidence-based modalities, including dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, mind-body work, and solution-focused therapy. With a person-centered approach, Erin helps people reintroduce healthy self-care and effective interpersonal skills so they can regain control of their minds and lives.
Erin is also a certified Aerial Yoga instructor, bringing her therapeutic approach to the gentle practice of aerial yoga.
