These transitions can include moving, beginning/ending relationships, and making lifestyle or career changes. Ernie's style is rooted in Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and she has training in many different types of therapy including Mindfulness, Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Ernie pulls from different styles depending on her client's goals, needs, and preferences for a uniquely curated therapy experience.

You will gain the ability to feel comfortable and confident with yourself, increase your ability to cope with your stressors and improve your relationships with others. This process will happen in a safe, judgment-free space. Life transitions do not need to be overwhelming. Having the right support can make this a time of self-growth and personal betterment.
