We will work to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and develop the tools necessary to navigate your challenges and circumstances, with a sense of confidence and trust in yourself. One of the most important ingredients to a successful therapeutic outcome lies in the relationship between the client and their therapist. Using a Humanistic approach, we will create a space where the healing can take place.
