Gia works with both individuals and couples, specializing in Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP), Psychedelic Integration Therapy, Brainspotting, EMDR, and Mindfulness.
Gia is interested in exploring psychedelic medicines within a clinical and scientific setting and has discovered the impact these medicines can have on consciousness and healing. Ketamine and other non-ordinary states of consciousness have a wide range of benefits, from relieving the suffering symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD to developing a deepening of self-awareness to strengthening and supporting connection.
Gia studied at Ohio State University and Fluence. In addition to her interests in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, she is informed by Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the Gottman Method, and Attachment Theory.
Gia believes that we all have the power within us to heal. However, understanding our feelings, thoughts, and emotions isn’t always straightforward and is influenced by past traumas and experiences. She embraces the idea of inner healing intelligence—everything you need to heal is already within you.
Gia sees her role as a guide to support and empower her clients. She brings a two-decade journey in health and wellness to sessions, integrating mind and body experiences for a unique therapeutic approach. Whether you’re curious about psychedelic-assisted therapy, want a clearer understanding of past traumas, or just need someone to help make sense of things, Gia can support you in building a journey of strength and resilience.
