I love what I do. I LOVE it. I get excited about helping people make progress with whatever they need to work with.
I’ve lived in and around NYC my whole life - through 9/11 and now through this pandemic. If there’s one thing all of it has taught me, it’s how important is to cherish each moment and spend time with family & friends, and to appreciate the people we have around us.
My experiences along life’s journey have led me to this motto that guides my practice:
Supporting Your Courage To Live Your Truth.
That’s what I want to do - that’s why I get up in the morning. So I can support my clients and help them live the life they’ve longed for.
I believe counseling services are a very delicate balance and there must be a match between you and me.
You must feel you can trust me for us to work effectively together. I work hard to be approachable and non-judgmental. And, again, I love this work. I love being able to help you work through the challenges you’re facing.
