Message to clients

Are you struggling to cope each day? Have you had damaging experiences in your past that you have locked away, but still affect how you relate to others and function in your life? Do you struggle with PTSD symptoms, low elf-esteem, or have a shallow threshold for stress. Are you easily irritated, become overwhelmed, and/or feel panicky? Have you lost interest in things that used to be important to you? Have you lost your motivation and inspiration to move forward and create new and exciting experiences in your life? You are not alone! Most people have unresolved feelings from one or more negative experience(s) from their past. They struggle with feeling unworthy, and struggle with managing their relationships and daily responsibilities. Try working with an experienced trauma therapist who uses EMDR, self-esteem rebuilding, and specialized meditation techniques to heal old and recent wounds, and resolve negative feelings/beliefs/memories that have lingered too long. I will take you step-by-step through this healing and growth process. It's time.
