Professional statement

I’m glad you’re here. Our society doesn’t make seeking support easy but I believe having a safe space to process life and emotions is vital for personal growth and well-being.

Through Delve Therapy, I work with individuals and couples who are called to stop living on the surface and really explore their depth. Therapy might come during a life transition, or you may just be getting to a place where you want to know yourself in a deeper, more meaningful way. Wherever you are on your path, I think you’ll find my approach to be holistic, illuminating, down-to-earth, and relaxed.

Our relationships have a profound impact on our well being. This means that when our relationships struggle, we do too. As a couple’s therapist, I work with couples who want to take a deeper look at their partnership. Together, we’ll explore how your patterns interplay with one another and work on new, more harmonious dynamics.

Think of our sessions as a safe and consistent place to authentically connect with your partner. The goal is never to force an outcome or win an argument, but rather to be vulnerable with each other and reach new levels of intimacy and understanding.

Ultimately, it’s your own process of self-discovery. Contact me to see how we can work together.

Message to clients

There are so many things we dedicate ourselves to – a career path, an education, our significant other, or our children. A guitar riff, a wave, or a programming language. But something I see all the time with the most intelligent and curious people is that they forget to apply that same dedication to themselves.

The fact is, understanding your emotions takes practice. And that practice requires slowing down and exploring who you are beneath the surface. If you’ve reached a place in life where you are ready to know yourself deeply, you might consider therapy as part of your process.

It is through discovering our authentic self that we can uncover our deeper reality. Everyone has a sense of their authentic self but it often becomes entwined with the content of our life experiences making it challenging to reconnect with our true nature. Through therapy, we can unveil the innate peace and happiness of our true selves.
