Jason Waterman is passionate about helping deal with issues of anxiety, depression, addiction, habit change, self-compassion, spirituality, shame, and finding purpose in life.
He offers a non-judgmental, collaborative exploration where clients can tap into their own capacity to heal, accept, and love themselves and others. His clients can expect to be both cared for and challenged to heal and grow.
Jason caters his sessions to the needs of each client. He draws upon a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy and more. He uses a trauma-informed approach that believes healing occurs in the mind and the body.
