Message to clients

Thank you for reviewing my profile. I am originally from the midwest farming community and a little city pazzaz having lived in the Chicagoland area for many years. Although I am now a CA resident, my midwest roots ground me. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California and licensed in Idaho as MBTCOU, providing telehealth services. I offer counseling services via telehealth most days of the week. On Tuesday's I offer in-person sessions to those who live locally in California only. On my days I am off, I enjoy reading, riding the motorcyle with my husband, spending time with my adult kids, traveling, taking walks with our pet dog, Buddy, and working out at the gym. I am divorced, have lost a pet I dearly cherished, lost my father, and work hard to get my PhD! I am a huge advocate of self-care because that is what helped me keep taking one step forward on difficult days. Take courage and know that I, too, have not been without struggles, but encourage you to know there is hope everyday! Client who come to see me often struggle with anxiety, panic attacks, grief, and life adjustments from divorce, life change, or loss. Clients often report feeling better having someone to talk to and want to learn coping strategies to help with these symptoms.
