Message to clients

Therapy is a collaborative endeavor. It works best when both of us can bring our most present, open, and curious selves into the process. I see myself as a facilitator and a guide who will help to you to better understand and accept all the different parts of yourself, and recognize the patterns you find yourself repeating. Together, we will build on this understanding to help you create a more fulfilling relationship with yourself and those around you, and achieve your goals.
