Jennifer also practices Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a thoughts-based therapy modality that helps clients identify and suppress negative thought patterns. These thought patterns might look like misguided beliefs or perceptions, or like harmful self-talk. By examining these thought patterns and finding healthy alternatives, clients increase their confidence and understanding of who they are and what their story is.
Jennifer earned a Master’s degree in Social Work. She helps clients to recognize their own strengths and to use their strengths to improve their mental health and wellbeing. Jennifer takes a humanistic approach to working with clients and is passionate about bringing about healing to both the mind and body.
