Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW Master of Social Work, MSW Certified Holistic Health Counselor, CHHC Advanced Reiki PractitionerJessica Aycock is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and coach located in Jacksonville, NC. Jessica loves helping women tap into their innate feminine magnetism. Jessica’s clients arrive at therapy eager to make major life changes. Many of them already have tried to stoke personal growth, but would like to work with a professional to take them the extra mile in self-discovery. Jessica works with clients who have recently gone through a break-up - including friend break-ups - job loss, or major move, leading to a feeling or profound loss of self. Jessica helps women find themselves once more and create a new life that surrounds them with joy, health, and balance.
Jessica’s approach to therapy combines elements of life coaching and clinical therapy. She is trained in hypnotherapy and reiki, as well as positive psychology and solutions-focused therapy. Clients begin by setting goals for themselves, whether that’s a feeling, a transition, or a behavioral change. Jessica then supports them as they process through past hurts and painful memories. She creates an atmosphere in session that feels safe, warm, encouraging, and kind. By talking through what's going on in their lives, clients find a sense of peace, especially with Jessica’s gentle guidance. Jessica then breaks down the client’s goals into smaller steps, taking their personal contexts into consideration, and cheers them on as they make progress.
Jessica earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. She draws from her personal experience when she helps clients, including from her past experiences of harmful people-pleasing and divorce. She is well-versed in affirming kink, polyamory, and sex. She is passionate about helping women find their authentic, genuine selves and prioritize their own needs and mental health.
