Jillian's approach is to help you move toward self-actualization, greater hope, and authenticity. She is trauma-informed, and engages in evidence-based practices, while also integrating mindfulness and acceptance modalities.
Jilian has vast experience working with underserved populations; therefore, it helps her see the world differently, and provides her with a unique perspective when helping her patients overcome past trauma. While she currently works with youths, she also treats adults.
It is her intention to provide every client with a space to learn about their inner strength, increase their confidence, and face challenges head on. When treating patients for past trauma, she helps them not only overcome that trauma, but ensures her patients do not go forward thinking that event defines them. Instead, it is a chapter in their book, but not the entire life story. She is passionate about every patient, and hopes to help them overcome the past, but also face the future with a newly found strength.
