I do not participate with insurance providers. However, if you have out of network benefits such as a PPO plan, I can provide you with a "superbill" to submit to your insurance company for whatever reimbursement they may provide.
If you have a POS or PPO health insurance plan and you would like to use your out-of-network benefits for therapy, please contact your insurance directly to find out about your reimbursement rate. Reimbursement rates are often very good, up to 80% of the fee.
Payment is due at the time of service and you will be provided with a monthly bill to submit to your insurance company. Your health plan will then send you a check directly for reimbursement.
