Joe Hudson is the founder of Habit Architects®. Joe believes your goals can be achieved with the right mindset and habit set. Clients come to Joe for help with unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. His area of expertise is using hypnosis and RRT to clear challenges at the subconscious level. Joe is now also offering a therapeutic modality called Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical, as another option for helping his clients experience a change at the subconscious level of mind. After helping his clients clear limiting thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, Joe and his clients design and implement a system of habits that leaves the client moving forward toward living the life they want to live.
Joe's worldview is that most humans, early in life, had an experience that went like this: 1) Something is wrong, 2) It is threatening my survival, 3) I must be the cause of it, 4) Thus, something is wrong with me. Joe believes that, in response to that experience, and in an attempt to survive in this world, most of us adopted ways of thinking, feeling, and acting. While perhaps useful at one time, these default ways of coping are no longer necessary and, in fact, may now be counterproductive to survival. That is why Joe's approach is aimed toward clearing these default ways of thinking, feeling, and acting at the subconscious level, which, he believes, results in new possibilities and freedom.
