It is important to know that you are not alone when dealing with difficult and challenging life issues. To be able to talk freely to another without judgement and having the ability to express your true emotions, feelings, or difficulties is important. Reaching out to someone for help with life problems is a great first step. Finding someone to work with who will collaborate with you towards reaching your desired goals is key.


ADHD - Skill-building and support around organizational challenges, distracted attention, procrastination; building and maintaining healthy routines and structure

Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)

Children and adolescents - Specialized strategies for common childhood and adolescence disorders including attention issues, attachment problems, behavioral disorders, learning disorders, etc.

Anger management - Addressing sudden outbursts of anger or sustained resentment; developing healthy anger expression and outlets

Behavioral difficulties - Adjusting to school; managing developmental and emotional challenges inside and outside of school; balancing schoolwork and personal life
