Katie takes an integrative counseling approach to support clients, which means she draws upon multiple therapy modalities to best meet her client's needs and personality. Message to clients

If you have never been in therapy, it may seem like a scary and intimidating process. Clients often struggle with the prospect of paying someone to listen to them and feel awkward sharing about their life with someone they just met. But counseling is so much more than paying someone to listen to you. Therapy provides you with a unique environment in which you can be fully yourself, uninhibited by the expectations of others, free to explore, wonder, reflect and discover. Many clients find, in this non-judgmental and accepting atmosphere, freedom they might not otherwise feel to grow and discover who they are and what might help them best navigate this journey called life.

It is my goal to provide you with a warm and welcoming environment in which you feel free to be yourself and look honestly at who you are and where you would like to be. Whether you are in crisis, struggling in important relationships, wrestling with mental health or other life challenges, or simply wanting to grow personally, I look forward to working with you as we collaboratively work to reach your life goals.
