Katya Kaye believes that feeling seen & heard in a safe space can be transformative. She draws from several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and Strength Based Therapy. Katya takes a holistic approach with each client and believes in the power of integrating emotional, physical, social and spiritual wellbeing.
Katya holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from NYU and specializes in supporting adults through relationship challenges, narcissistic abuse, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. She also has extensive experience working with people who have autism or intellectual disabilities, as well as providing support to their family members.
