Message to clients

Hello!

I am seeking group participants for fall/winter 8-16 week teen and adult Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills groups, Mindful Self-Compassion (Kirsten Neff and Chris Germer), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) and Superhero Therapy groups. Please let me know if you'd like to be referred!

I also want to notify that I am now obtaining certification for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy for depression, addiction, and PTSD through the EMDR international Association. Please let me know if this is of interest to you, and we will discuss adding to your treatment plan!

EMDRIA is a professional association for EMDR practitioners and researchers to seek the highest standards for clinical use of EMDR. EMDR is an accepted psychotherapy by leading mental health organizations throughout the world for the treatment of a variety of symptoms and conditions.

Take care of yourself, and please reach out as you need!

Kelli
