Kim Yancey is a Licensed Social Worker in Queens, NY. She works with individuals and couples. This holistic approach supports clients, and allows you to safely process depression, stress, and anxiety, without judgement; helping you to utilize your strengths to achieve your short and long term goals. .

Kim received her MSW from CUNY Hunter's, Silberman School Of Social Work. She has worked at various agencies that served children, and families, as well as people with chronic illnesses and physical disabilities. Outside of private practice, she enjoys traveling, reading, and painting to relax. Kim offers remote therapy sessions.

As a holistic provider, I build a solid therapeutic relationship with my clients. Providing a warm, nurturing, and most of all healing environment. My holistic approach to feeling loss, self-doubt, or even stuck include teaching techniques of mindfulness, supportive counseling, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. We all know, there is no one-stop-shop for therapy. I will meet you where you are at, while helping you get to where you want to be. Creating a space for you to feel safe to process your feelings and experiences, without judgment.
