Welcome! I’m Kim Endres, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and the owner of Endres & Associates, LLC. I offer both Mental Health Counseling and Intuitive Eating Coaching to support your journey to a healthier, more balanced life.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I support clients in navigating life transitions, managing daily stressors and anxiety, and addressing the unique challenges of new parenthood. I also focus on fostering effective communication for stronger relationships and encouraging meaningful self-care. Whether you’re seeking balance, adapting to a new phase of life, or feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to guide you in a compassionate, trustworthy environment. I understand that starting this journey can feel daunting, and my goal is to create a space where you feel completely at ease, building an honest and supportive relationship together.
As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I understand how exhausting the cycle of yo-yo dieting can be- starting over again on Monday, dealing with food guilt, and feeling like you’re never “doing enough,” I’ve been there too. So if you’ve got everything else in life under control but food feels like a constant battle, you’re in the right place. Let’s work together to end the binge-restrict cycle, make peace with food, and find joy in eating again—on your terms.
My passion lies in supporting clients through:
-Finding a healthy work/life balance
- Managing Stress/ Anxiety with new Coping Strategies
-Prioritizing self care to increase mood
-Transitioning into parenthood
-Navigating relationships or career changes
-Incorporating joyful movement and mindful eating
I’m a graduate of Salve Regina University with 20+ years of experience in counseling. Outside of work, I’m a mom of three and a proud dog mom to a Golden Retriever. I’m excited to help you on your journey.

I’ll help you move away from the restrictive diet mindset and reconnect with your body’s natural hunger and fullness cues.
