Many of her clients come in to address anxiety, depression, trauma and life transitions. Dr. Marsden takes an eclectic approach to helping clients with their wellbeing. She has over 25 years of experience in psychology and is trained in holistic approaches to address mind, body and spirit that are practical and customized to the client. Therapy may include anything from mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral therapy, daily action practices, breathwork, visualization, and movement practices. She looks at where you are in life right now in comparison to where you want to be and helps empower you on your journey to mindfully creating the life you desire.

Dr. Marsden earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology. She was an All-American swimmer and brings her experience as an athlete, coach, and sports psychology researcher into her methods of working with clients. Her goal is to equip clients with the tools they need to take care of themselves inside and out. All sessions are done through telehealth.

Message to clients

I want you to know that you are enough. You have everything you need to transform your life. You may just need someone to help you rediscover the wisdom that is already within you. I view therapy as an adventure of self-discovery and transformation. I use my education, experience, and intuition to guide you. We explore what needs to be done physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually to create the change you desire.

I listen to you. Where you have been, where you are now, and what kind of life you want to have going forward. Then, we work together to figure out what obstacles are keeping you from living the life you desire and how can we honor your experiences and create a new path.

If you are interested in working together, feel free to contact me and set up a 15-20 minute free consultation where we can discuss what you are looking for and see how I can be of assistance.
