As a clinical psychologist, Dr. Stahl has received extensive training as both a clinician as well as a researcher and provide comprehensive psychotherapeutic services using a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy approach. In my Venice beach office, she offers research-supported interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy, exposure/response prevention therapy for anxiety, mindfulness, habit reversal training for tic disorders, and family therapy. These strategies have been proven to be the most effective for clients with depression, anxiety, and tic behaviors.
Dr. Stahl has vast experience working with children, teens, and adults. She also has a strong interest in assisting with schools, social skills development, parenting skills, and family issues including divorced and blended families.
