Mother-daughter conflict - Helping strengthen mother-daughter connections while reducing conflict; providing support to both mothers and daughters while implementing strategies to address challenges that arise throughout childhood and adolescence

Self-esteem - Cultivating self-compassion, assertiveness, and confidence; developing ways to reduce suffering, anxiety, social withdrawal, and self-neglect

Mindfulness - Developing practices to encourage a state of active, open attention on the present
