Professional statement

If you’re feeling anxious, depressed, or stuck and you’re not sure where to turn, therapy might be for you. I help exhausted men, women, and couples find energy and passion for life again by using techniques like talk therapy, meditation, roleplaying, and a healthy dose of humor.

Do you need a safe space to warm up and get out of your shell? Are you ready to start working on your self-care but just don’t know where to start? Have you decided it’s time to get your life back? My bi-cultural upbringing shaped my unique perspective and gave me a deep understanding of how cultural and identity issues impact an individual.

Message to clients

Send me an email and I’ll reach back out to you to chat about what you’re looking for in a therapist. And if you feel like we’re a good fit, we can take the next step and set up your first session to start working toward getting your life back.
