Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSWHello beautiful being!
My passions are to help people find meaning, purpose, and direction in their life and everyday living. Happiness is a perspective followed by the reality that you can create for yourself. In our work we explore what makes you unique, identify the life you want, explore what holds you back from that life, and plan to take control of your reality towards your desired life. I fundamentally believe people make the world go round and each of us has the capacity to impact others and the world in powerful ways! My hope and aim is that I can help others make a good impact.
Work towards a healthier you can be explored through a variety of mediums. I consider myself an alternative therapy practitioner approaching therapy from a holistic mind, body, and spirit approach. I employ traditional and conventional practices and also incorporate alternative modalities such as mindfulness and energetic healing therapies to facilitate transitions.
Overall, we are all moving through life just trying to make the best of our circumstances, exert our wills, and somehow cultivate satisfaction in our everyday dealings. Some environments may make obtaining this challenging. We may be left with feeling dissatisfaction, hopelessness, or lack of confidence and direction. A little guidance, patience, compassion, and love creates impactful transformation!
