Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC National Certified Counselor, NCCMargaret Reynolds is a Counselor in Chicago. She works with professional adults, mostly women. Many of Maggie’s clients come in to address trauma, relationship issues, career issues, grief, and anxiety. Maggie is particularly passionate about serving individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community, professionals in the helping and creative fields, caregivers, and older adults.
Maggie is certified in Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and incorporates Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, and Existential-Humanistic theories/philosophies to help clients understand how their experiences have impacted and shaped their beliefs and behaviors and open up possibilities for new insight and meaningful change. This approach supports clients to be able to unburden themselves from the past so they can focus on life now and in the future.
