Professional statement

My name is Maitey Etienne. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. How can I help? My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. My ideal client is focused upon personal growth and healing. I work closely with each client to develop an individualized treatment plan that meets their specific needs and goals. Through our work together, clients can learn to identify their strengths, improve their self-esteem, and develop a greater sense of self-awareness. I am passionate about helping individuals achieve satisfactory health and well-being. You are not alone. I will be with you every step of the way.

Message to clients

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a proven approach to changing thinking patterns and behaviors in a limited number of sessions . My clients feel overwhelmed and confused as they go through challenging life transitions. Together, we will explore and unravel the roots of your issues and find a solution. My purpose is to guide you through life challenges and obstacles as we find an effective strategy to tackle complex issues. I want to create an environment of acceptance and trust where you can open freely and honestly without any judgment. Our process will begin gently and each new insight will help us move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
