Welcome, I am a Holistic Psychotherapist, LMFT, and Executive Coach! I received my dual master’s degree from UCLA in Public Health and African Studies and then returned to my love for psychology ten years later, receiving my Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. It is through my own healing journey traveling the world and living in far-away places including West Africa, East Africa, and Europe where I connected to my growth potential and confronted my own trauma and social conditioning.
I take a holistic approach to healing to integrate the physical body, emotions, nervous system, mind, and spirt as well as honor the lived experiences of diverse cultures, beliefs, and traditions. I have experience in private practice as well as intensive outpatient settings, working with teens, adults, couples, and families. My toolbox includes some of the following: positive, psychodynamic, depth, and yoga psychology; mindfulness; meditation; trauma-informed therapy (EMDR); addiction medicine and recovery; modern attachment theory; family systems; child development; and, executive coaching.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, addiction, chronic health conditions, and other mood disorders. In addition, I am a certified in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP) in which I provide psychotherapy before and after treatment.
I am passionate about guiding you through an intimate experience to uncover who you are and to create new a narrative for your life’s experiences. I look forward to hearing from you to see if we are a fit.
