Message to clients

I have been a therapist for some time (almost 30 years). I am so grateful to those who have trusted me enough to try and be of help with all of life's challenges. I am hopeful you can have the courage to trust a therapist to help you with whatever you are facing.

It is important to me to make sure we have clarity on what you hope to accomplish in therapy. Do you want to save your marriage? Become a better parent? Cope with anxiety or depression? I intend to help you set specific goals in the beginning so we can measure the success of our work.

Despite the challenges that may arise in therapy, I assure you of my unwavering commitment to your success. I will bring my best efforts, drawing on the most effective evidence-based practices. Let's set a time to meet, establish clear goals, and begin this journey towards your well-being.
